- Pipe Fittings: It includes seamless pipe fittings (sizes range from 1/2″ – 32″, i.e., DN15 – DN800) and welded pipe fittings (sizes range from 6″ – 120″, i.e., DN150 – DN3000), such as elbows, tees, crosses, reducers, pipe caps, etc. The wall thickness of the pipe fittings has various specifications, like sch10, sch20, etc. The materials include carbon steel (such as ASTM/ASME A234 WPB, WPC), alloy steel (such as ASTM/ASME A234 WP1 – WP12, etc.), stainless steel (such as ASTM/ASME A403 WP304 – 304L, etc.), low – temperature steel (such as ASTM/ASME A402 WPL3 – WPL6), high – performance steel (such as ASTM/ASME A860 WPHY42 – 70), and titanium (GR1 or TA1, GR2 or TA2). The production standards follow multiple domestic and international standards, such as ASME B16.9 – 2012 and GB/T 12459 – 2005.
- Flanges: The size range is from 1/2″(15NB) to 24″(600NB), and the pressure classes include CLASS 150, CLASS 300, etc. The flange face types are in accordance with standards like ASME B16.48 – 2010 and API 590 – 1993. The materials include stainless steels like ASTMA182, A240 series, carbon steels like ASTM/ASME A105, alloy steels like ASTM/ASME A182 series, and titanium (GR1 or TA1, GR2 or TA2).
- Socket Weld Fittings and Threaded Fittings: In terms of size, the threaded fittings range from 1/8″ – 4″ (DN6 – DN100), and the pressure classes include CLASS300, CLASS600, etc. The materials include carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, low – temperature steel, high – strength steel, and titanium, etc. The production meets standards such as ASME B16.11 – 2011 and GB/T 14383 – 2008.
- Industrial Pipes and Valves: It can produce industrial pipes of various specifications and materials; it can also manufacture various industrial valves according to domestic and international standards to meet the needs of different industries.
